The objective of the department is to offer a full service nursing department
to give the highest possible quality of nursing care in terms of total patient needs.
B.Sc Nursing degree course is affiliated to the University of Calicut
and recognized by State Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council. Well-equipped
laboratories, library with all kinds of texts and reference books, highly qualified
and dedicated faculties make the students professionally fit. PVS endeavors to provide
student nurses the best of opportunities to learn, to practice and to become proficient
in their chosen profession. |

To train Medical Technicians in the PVS hospital, we are running Paramedical
Training Courses like X-Ray Technology and Radiology, Medical Laboratory Technology,
Prosthetic or Orthotic Engineering, Dialysis Technology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy,
Audiology and Speech Therapy, Clinical Child Development, Perfusion Technology with
the required skill and knowledge in various aspects of medicine and its technology
interface. These courses give theoretical and practical training to students.
The Hospital has a well-established library for all referral books. |
